Fashion to me is simply designing clothing but a story is more important through design, creation or craft and ingenuity. I have a good background in technical expertise and aesthetic sense, that I pursue to implement the ideas and make them appealing and attractive to the people.
I have completed my studies at the International Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD), and during this major I was able to develop my knowledge about illustration, pattern making, garment construction, management, and communication. My experience has enabled me to coordinate different projects in which I used wood, metal, and gypsum and even assist other professionals in their creative works.
I have also been lucky to experience myself as an operational assistant to some renowned designers, namely to Ratul Sood, Pallavi Poddar, and Aditya Jain as well, where I have contributed to their projects and events.
During my internship experience with a prestigious Tollywood designer called Debojoyoti Gosewami, of which I worked as an assistant designer over a period of three months, I did gain a great deal of experience within the industry. I also increased my expertise when operating with Aangan by Parul where I gave one year in service as visual merchandiser and assistant designer.
I am also grateful that I became one of the jury members in the final assessment at NIF Salt Lake in recognition of the work I am doing.
